I know some people disagree using of Google/Gmail and his friends, but The agenda tool of Google is really a great tool :
Could import data from several other tools Provide a RSS and a ICS output for synchro Is Free (like Free Beer) Can be shared. Could be displayed on a website. Could have several administrators.
