i made a report on tom-tom wanting to acquire tele-atlas, not the other way round. tele-atlas would remain an autonomous division though. the benefit would remain user input of cartography thru tom-tom. the acquisition is not a fact yet, only an intention to do so. sorry for the misinformation. p
