Public bug reported: This page has two columns, and the header has also two columns with the labels Approved teams and unapproved teams. So, at first, it seems that the teams on the left are the approved one, and the teams on the right are the unapproved. Also, the alignment of this page looks weird. Unapproved seems to be aligned with the right column, and Approved just seems misaligned.
I suggest to move this labels to the top right corner, one on top of the other.
