Title: always display the needed information for the time of an event Status in LoCo Team Portal: In Progress Bug description: When we register an event, we can now enter the date and time of the event in the timezone of the venue. But to know that possibility we have to look at the help. It should be more usefull to always show this information. A line like "Enter the date and local time of the event (need to set the correct timezone of the venue)" or something else.
