Ja tentou formatar o pendrive pelo Ubuntu???

Muitos dispositivos FAT vem com uma formatacao que o Ubuntu não
entende... geralmente basta formatar pelo Ubuntu e pronto.. funciona
tanto no windows quanto no Ubuntu... é apenas uma sugestao..
