Renato Esquece o mad_wifi e qualquer módulo atheros que por ventura o kernel tenha levantado. Aliás, remove tudo # modprobe -rv nome_modulo Essa placa só funciona no linux com ndiswrapper e, dependendo do número de série, nem com o ndiswrapper. No note ACER TM da minha esposa só funcionou assim, depois de mais de um mês de peregrinação atrás do driver. Procura no google que tem muitos links de como instalar o ndiswrapper e o driver nativo do windows. Agora tô sem um link aqui, mas é fácil. Depois que subir o ndiswrapper com o driver correto, vai funcionar.
