Já fiz de tudo que consegui: Instalei o WinXP em uma Virtual Machine e o Debian em outra, defini o primeiro com 64 MB de memória Ram e o segundo com 32 MB. Consegui rodar cada VM separadamente mas quando tento colocar as duas juntas dá a seguinte mensagem:

To fix this problem, power off other virtual machines or adjust the additional memory settings to allow more virtual machine memory to be swapped. If you were able to power on this virtual machine on this host computer in the past, try rebooting the host computer. Rebooting may allow you to use slightly more host memory to run virtual machines.*" Fui em: Edit > Preferences > Memory Tentei de tudo quanto é jeito, escolhi: Fit all virtual machine memory into reserved host RAM Allow some virtual machine memory to be swapped Allow most virtual machine memory to be swapped O máximo de "Host RAM for all virtual machines" que aparece pra mim é 360 MB, deixei no máximo sempre. Tentei executar o VMware sempre como root e mesmo assim não adianta, continua dando a mensagem acima.
