I actually think this is pretty well covered by the following from the Ubuntu Bug Control wiki page: "Requirement 4 [triaged bugs] can be waived if you are an upstream developer / bug triager or if an Ubuntu developer vouches for you and your ability to triage bug reports." > So, I propose that, for the time being. we accept you as a *temporary* > member of BugControl, say, for 2 months.
