[Ubuntu-bugcontrol] Misconfiguration in the gstreamer1.0 upstream connections

I tried to configure <https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gstreamer1.0> to forward bugs upstream to <http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org>, but it seems I did it in the wrong way and instead I proposed an upstream project inside Launchpad which will be unmaintained. 

Please, could someone have a look at it?
