change importance on unity-scopes-api bugs but I just found that, for some
reason, I again can no longer assign importance to a bug:

Mainly unity-scopes-api, but I'm involved with a number of other projects as
well (unity8, unity8 dash, sdk, etc.)
• Please list five or more bug reports which you have triaged and
include an explanation of your decisions. Please note that these bugs should be
representative of your very best work and they should demonstrate your
understanding of the triage process and how to properly handle bugs. For all
the bugs in the list, please indicate what importance you would give it and
explain the reasoning.

Hmmm...
I'm the tech lead for the project, and I've written the bulk of the code for
it. Might that be a sufficient reason? I'm asking to be allowed to triage our
own project's bugs.
