NVIDIA X Server Settings not opening (in previews version ubuntu 16.04, I was
needed to set in powersaver mode to pass the "GPU has fallen off the bus" error
on suspend )
1. If I lid down laptop the external monitor works
2. Lid up laptop works both
3. Lid down laptop external works
4. Lid up freeze all, cursor is blocked
