Public bug reported:

Please remove ruby-puppetserver-ca-cli 2.7.0-3 from stonking-proposed.
2.7.0-2 stays in the release pocket.

2.7.0-3 has been blocked in proposed for 87 days by an autopkgtest regression
on all architectures:
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-stonking/stonking/amd64/r/ruby-puppetserver-ca-cli/20261011_090724_25f27@/log.gz
LoadError: cannot load such file -- rspec/core/rake_task

Debian's 2.7.0-3 ("temporarily disable tests, so we can transition to
openfact") commented out all of its test build-dependencies, including
ruby-rspec, and forced nocheck in d/rules. It kept "Testsuite:
autopkgtest-pkg-ruby", so the autopkgtest now runs debian/ruby-
tests.rake without rspec installed.

The same failure blocks it in Debian: it fails autopkgtest on all Debian
architectures and has been removed from testing. 2.7.0-3 is only in
unstable, and nothing has been committed on salsa since then. Once
Debian fixes it, the package will autosync again in a later cycle.

Note: openfact 6.0.0-1 (in proposed) lists ruby-puppetserver-ca-
cli/2.7.0-3 among its regressions. After this removal, it will be tested
against 2.7.0-2, whose test dependencies (puppet-agent -> ruby-facter >=
4.3) are not installable with openfact 6 ("badpkg", e.g. 2026-10-08
run). That will need handling as part of the openfact migration.

** Affects: ruby-puppetserver-ca-cli (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
