1.2.0-2 has been in proposed for 123 days. Its build-time tests fail (tests/test_full.py): https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ostree-push/1.2.0-2/+build/32967589 Debian removed it from testing because of the test failures in its build: RC bugs https://bugs.debian.org/1140263 (User sbuild not allowed because account is locked) and https://bugs.debian.org/1141167 (RuntimeError: An attempt has been made to start a new process). Nothing else in proposed needs it.
