Public bug reported:

Please remove rdkit 202603.4-3 from stonking-proposed. 202503.6-4 stays
in the release pocket.

202603.4-3 is a library transition that isn't ready:
- coot/1.1.18+dfsg-5ubuntu1, which links librdkit, regresses its autopkgtests
on amd64, amd64v3 and arm64:

https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-stonking/stonking/amd64/c/coot/20261012_082633_b004e@/log.gz
- it fails to build on ppc64el:
  https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rdkit/202603.4-3/+build/33818004

Debian removed rdkit from testing because of RC bugs
https://bugs.debian.org/1138824 (missed transition) and
https://bugs.debian.org/1149286 (FTBFS with boost 1.92).

All reverse dependencies in stonking (coot, parmed, mdanalysis, pytorch-
geometric, the debichem/med metapackages) work with 202503.6-4 in
release. Keeping that version avoids an unfinished transition at
release; the update can come back next cycle once Debian has completed
it.

** Affects: rdkit (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
