Public bug reported:

I am using Ubuntu 26.04.1 on a Dell Latitude 3510.

**Problem:**
Bluetooth connects successfully to my TechniSat DIGITRADIO 143, but no audio
can be heard through the radio.

The radio's RCA output is connected to a Luxman A-383 amplifier. The
radio works correctly with DAB+ and receives Bluetooth audio from a
Windows 11 laptop. Bluetooth headphones also work correctly with my Dell
laptop.

**Expected result:**
Audio played on Ubuntu should be audible through the DIGITRADIO 143 over
Bluetooth.

**Actual result:**
The Bluetooth connection is established. PipeWire creates an active output
named `bluez_output.4C_09_FA_5E_7D_2D.1`. The output is running, is not muted,
and its volume is set to 100%. Audio from Strawberry and `pw-play` is routed to
this output, but the radio produces no sound.

**Troubleshooting performed:**
- Re-paired and reconnected the radio.
- Checked the PipeWire output state, volume and mute status.
- Tested playback with Strawberry and `pw-play`.
- Tried the SBC and SBC-XQ A2DP codec options without success.
- Confirmed that Bluetooth headphones work with the same laptop.
- Previous logs contained messages about the Bluetooth audio transport
terminating unexpectedly.

**Software versions:**
- Ubuntu 26.04.1
- BlueZ 5.85-4ubuntu0.4
- PipeWire 1.6.2-1ubuntu1.2
- WirePlumber 0.5.13-1ubuntu1.1

Please help determine why Bluetooth audio is routed to the DIGITRADIO
143 but no sound is produced.

** Affects: pipewire (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
