Public bug reported:

Please remove esstra 0.3.0-3 from stonking-proposed. 0.2.0-2 stays in
the release pocket.

0.3.0-3 has been in proposed for 401 days. It is uninstallable because
it depends on the exact gcc-15-base version it was built with (LP:
#2170316).

Debian removed it from testing because of the same problems:
- https://bugs.debian.org/1114872 esstra depends on the exact gcc-15 version it
was built for
- https://bugs.debian.org/1133468 esstra: ftbfs with GCC-16
- https://bugs.debian.org/1144293 esstra: non-standard gcc/g++ used for build
(gcc-15)

Nothing else in proposed needs it. It will autosync again once Debian
fixes it.

** Affects: esstra (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Fix Released
