1.0-24 has been in proposed for 142 days. It fails to build on all architectures because configure fails with gettext 0.26 (empty gettext macro versions): https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/spellcast/1.0-24/+build/32892008 Debian removed it from testing because of the same problem: RC bug https://bugs.debian.org/1133151 (FTBFS with gettext 0.26). Nothing else in proposed needs it.
