Noticed this issue arise after running [apt update] and [apt upgrade] after ~5
days away from my PC.
The issue is as follows:
- 'Rainbow static' would appear on the active window and never on the
boot/lock/home/BIOS screens.
- Tried the usual change cable, re-seat GPU (AMD XFX 7800XT) with no luck.
- Monitor is an MSI MPG 491CQPX (5120x1440 32:9 QD-OLED) and all refresh rates
have been tried.
