A new release of dbconfig-common is available for merging from Debian.

dbconfig-common (2.1.0) unstable; urgency=medium
* Rename package dbconfig-mysql to dbconfig-mariadb (Closes: #1079753) and
increment minor version to reflect this is a major change
* Update translations to have "MariaDB/MySQL" instead of just "MySQL"
* Complete all translations that were fuzzy or incomplete
* Set Language header in es, it, ml, and nb PO files
* Apply consistent formatting to packaging files
* Drop redundant `Priority: optional`
* Drop redundant `Rules-Requires-Root: no`
* Bump debhelper-compat from 12 to 13
* Bump Debian Policy version to 4.7.4
* Move dbconfig manpages to section 8 as binaries live in /usr/sbin
* Update Lintian overrides to match latest Lintian syntax and package state
* Re-license all documentation as GPLv2+ instead of AFLv2.1
