ubuntu-wallpapers-resolute 26.04.2, Ubuntu 26.04 GNOME (Wayland)
/usr/share/gnome-background-properties/resolute-wallpapers.xml lists the
"Ubuntu 26.04 Community Slideshow" with
<filename>/usr/share/backgrounds/resolute.xml</filename>
but the package installs the file at
/usr/share/backgrounds/contest/resolute.xml. Because the referenced path does
not exist, GNOME Settings > Appearance silently omits the slideshow, so users
cannot select it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install ubuntu-wallpapers-resolute 26.04.2
2. Open Settings > Appearance
3. The "Ubuntu 26.04 Community Slideshow" tile is not shown
Expected: the slideshow is offered as in previous releases.
Workaround/confirmation: "sudo ln -s
/usr/share/backgrounds/contest/resolute.xml
/usr/share/backgrounds/resolute.xml" makes the tile appear; removing the
symlink makes it disappear again.
Fix: change the <filename> in resolute-wallpapers.xml to
/usr/share/backgrounds/contest/resolute.xml.
