Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 26.04 from 24.04 LTS, numerous failures are
occurring. Apport is probably nor reporting them since I see start
failures in the log.
From what I can tell, google-chrome-stable is probably causing memory
issues due to a latency issue in sound. The kernel notes the failure but
it's not getting reported because apport isn't starting.
