apport information

** Description changed:

On Ubuntu 26.10 (Ubuntu Budgie, Wayland session via labwc), the desktop
session
exits about one second after login on linux-image-7.3.0-9-generic 7.3.0-9.9
and
LightDM returns to the greeter. The same system works with the mainline kernel
  7.3.0-070300rc3-generic, and with 7.0.0-38-generic.

  Environment
  - Proxmox VE 9.2 VM, QEMU pve-qemu-kvm 11.0.3-4, q35, OVMF, display:
virtio-vga
    (virtio_gpu: -virgl +edid -resource_blob, 1 scanout)
  - linux-image-7.3.0-9-generic 7.3.0-9.9
  - labwc 0.20.1-1, libwlroots-0.20 0.20.2-1, budgie-desktop 10.10.2-1ubuntu6,
    budgie-session 1.0.1-2ubuntu1, libdrm2 2.4.134-3, mesa 26.2.4-1ubuntu1

  labwc output (~/.xsession-errors) on 7.3.0-9:
[ERROR] [backend/drm/properties.c:85] Failed to get DRM object 36
properties: Invalid argument
[ERROR] [backend/backend.c:255] Failed to create DRM backend
[ERROR] [backend/backend.c:266] Could not successfully create backend on
any GPU
[ERROR] [backend/backend.c:420] Failed to open any DRM device
[ERROR] [../src/server.c:493] unable to create backend

DRM object 36 is the virtio-gpu cursor plane (/sys/kernel/debug/dri/1/state):
    plane[36]: plane-1 crtc=crtc-0 size=64x64 format=AR24 ...
color-pipeline=0
So drmModeObjectGetProperties() on the cursor plane fails with EINVAL, and
  wlroots treats this as fatal. The plane shows the new color-pipeline state;
possibly related to the colorop/COLOR_PIPELINE changes in this kernel.

Other observations on the same kernel
  - The LightDM greeter (Xorg) starts and works.
  - KDE Plasma 6.7.5 Wayland (kwin_wayland) runs on 7.3.0-9-generic in another
VM with the same virtio-vga setup.
  - Kernel DRM/virtio Kconfig is the same as mainline 7.3.0-rc3 (only DRM_NOVA
differs), so the difference is likely an Ubuntu patch.

  Steps to reproduce
  1. Ubuntu Budgie 26.10 in a QEMU/KVM VM with virtio-vga.
  2. Boot 7.3.0-9-generic and log in to the "Budgie Desktop" session.
  3. The session ends immediately; labwc logs the errors above.

Expected: labwc starts as it does on mainline 7.3.0-rc3.
