Thanks Charles! I've added both Pi encode and decode cases to the Test Plan.
And I also run the test on my local Raspberry Pi 4. The all-keyframe 1080p snow stream (QP=18) produced 60 frames without errors both before and after the patch. However, before the patch, the hardware-decoded output differed from avdec_h264, suggesting an existing issue when oversized frames are split across input buffers. For this case, the patch increased the input buffer size, avoided splitting, and made the output match avdec_h264 byte-for-byte. And thanks for handling Tenacious; waiting for the sync is fine. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2170768 Title: [SRU] gst-plugins-good1.0: integer overflow in V4L2 buffer sizing breaks 4K JPEG encoding To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gst-plugins-good1.0/+bug/2170768/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
