Public bug reported:
While installing Ubuntu Server, I found that the installer would get
stalled from time to time, and I didn't know if it was making progress.
So I went to the console number two, and noticed that several small,
useful and common utilities are missing.
For instance, date or vmstat aren't there. The latter, in particular, is
really useful when the install system is stall, to be able to check if
it's making progress.
Is there a reason why this utilities aren't there?
