If you have multiple Listen and/or Port directives, they can't point on
the same interface. This will not work in CUPS 1.1.x too. I.e.:

Listen 192.168.0.1:631
Listen 631

will break CUPS. Actully, CUPS will not start. There is no GUI ATM for
sharing printer, but you can share it if you replace your old
/etc/cups/cupsd.conf will default distribution config (you can get it at
http://www.grad.hr/~ivoks/ubuntu/cups/cupsd.conf) and then follow
instructions on http://www.grad.hr/~ivoks/ubuntu/cups/HOWTO-enable-
browsing for sharing your local printers.
