Binary package hint: kaffeine
When watching DVB in Kaffeine, there is no audio. Setting the mixer does
not help.
If I play something that I have recorded in Kaffeine in VLC, the audio
can be heard. If I play the same video in Kaffeine the audio cannot be
heard. This is true with the Kaffeine that comes with Kubuntu (Dapper)
and compiled from the latest source tarball. With Breezy it worked well.
I reported previous bugs that I have no audio and graphics acceleration
- those I have solved. I installed a Sound Blaster. Now the audio works
otherwise.
