Public bug reported:
Three small somewhat related bugs;
1. No AM/PM selector or other indication that the time is 24 Hour
2. The Screensaver kicks in if you move the time forward. This would
happen for instance for people upgrading from Windows to Ubuntu in time
zones EAST of GMT.
3. also no way to select RTC in GMT or UTC.
