Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

I have set up Konqueror to identify itself as IE 6.0 on Windows XP when
accessing my bank account
(https://secure.fundsxpress.com/piles/fxweb.pile/login?iid=4LSBLI).

Under crypto settings in Konqueror, I have enabled all the ciphers. SSL
2 and SSL3 are enabled.

Under Peer SSL Certificates, I have verified and and accepted the
secure.fundsxpress.com certificate.

Yet each time I try to login to my bank account, I get the following
error:

In order to provide maximum security of your financial records, we
require your browser software to support a minimum of 128 bit encryption
to access Internet Banking.

I am then prompted to install Netscape or Internet Explorer.

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
