Thanks for your bug. The suggestions about design decisions are better
placed upstream since we are not likely to take a decision for them and
don't want the same application behaving differently on Ubuntu than
other distributions or than upstream. I've forwarded that upstream:

As said on the uptream bug I think the current behaviour is the correct
one. When you look to the dictionnary for a word on the page you are
reading you usually don't want to replace the page with the dictionnary
one by example
