When GDebi is missing a dependency, it becomes unresponsive.  The
"Install package" button becomes grayed-out.  Instead, it should remain
clickable and change to "Retry".

If multi-package installation is implemented (Bug 37649), this will be a
moot point for many packages (since you will try to install the
dependency and then it will open in the same window and take care of
both).

But it might still be relevant for some cases where the dependency is in
a repo that the user has since added to sources.list, for instance.
