I had word from another maker of a library system, and they advised not
to separate xulrunner from their package.

I think that if a programmer specs their program "with" (not "for") and
included program, then unless you know more than the programmer on the
issue, then it would probably be wise to stick with what is known to
work well.

On the other hand, if somebody can make it work better with adjustments,
then maybe this can be considered.
