Binary package hint: openoffice.org

If A1:A10 contains empty strings (""), the =NB.SI(A1:A10;"") function does not 
count any case and return "0" when we are waiting for "10".
However, the test, in B1 : =(A1="") returns TRUE, so I think it's a bug in the 
NB.SI function.
