While this is a useful suggestion, it's also something best done by
editing the wiki, rather than filing a bug against Ubuntu (as it's not
an issue with Ubuntu, but rather with the processes used to produce
Ubuntu). As such, I'm marking this bug Invalid. You may find that

start with if you want to improve the process. The current format
recommendation is

which may require more publication in more places.
