Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

/boot is showing that it is using 109.7 GiB, but the whole installation
of Ubuntu is less than 30 GB (see screenshot). A du -sh of the boot
directory says it is 36MB. I'm not sure if this is because it is
installed on top of windows and is reporting the values from outside
Linux or not. I'm not using a separate partition for linux and I limited
the install to 30GB. I have all the latest updates from today.
