After latest update of my system It seems that locks are gone (at least on 2.6.27-3 kernel). I think that it was fixed by some of these updates: libgl1-mesa-dri (7.1-1ubuntu1) to 7.1-1ubuntu2 libgl1-mesa-glx (7.1-1ubuntu1) to 7.1-1ubuntu2 libglu1-mesa (7.1-1ubuntu1) to 7.1-1ubuntu2 mesa-utils (7.1-1ubuntu1) to 7.1-1ubuntu2
