Binary package hint: totem-xine
If I have two users logged in on my computer, and I insert a DVD, Totem
launches and attempts to play the DVD on both accounts at once. The
result is the movie will not play on either account. In order to play
the movie, I must eject the DVD, then kill all totem processes, then
reinsert the DVD, kill all totems again, then manually launch totem and
play the movie.

totem-xine version: 2.22.1-0ubuntu2
Expected behavior when inserting DVD is: Totem launches and plays DVD on
currently active account
