If Ubuntu is about community and Freedom, it seems a bit ironic to me that a user's first experience with the newly installed/upgraded Intrepid Ibex will be a EULA that is long, confusing, and screams proprietary software. +1 for moving Firefox to Universe. I don't care what is used to replace Firefox, but it shouldn't have a EULA.
