Dave, so what you mean is that as long as you dont see it its ok to restrict 
you all they like? just because you dont see it doesn't mean you don't have to 
abide by it. 
What is the problem with Mozilla wanting to do what they want? Im willing to 
bet if i looked at xulrunner it has EULA and that would cancel all your other 
ideas for browsers out. off hand i can think of maybe 2 browsers in our or 
Debian's repos that do not use Xulrunner.
