Say I'm using a live CD, and I am not able to install new packages,
perhaps because I don't have internet access. So I have to make do with
whatever is installed by default. Is there a web browser installed by
default that I can use if I don't agree to Mozilla's terms?

(You may ask why I'd need a web browser if I don't have internet
access... I might want to use it to view files I have locally, or to use
a local intranet, or whatever)
