I think if we get a Fedora like solution where Firefox just opens a web page like http://fedoraproject.org/static/firefox/ ( actually read the thing, people. It is _NOT AN EULA_ ) on first startup then most Ubuntu users can live with that I guess. And according to http://www.internetnews.com/dev- news/article.php/3771696/Mozilla+ReThinking+Firefox+EULA.htm it might even get better.
