I'm only using the default kernel Desktop installation .iso and I've updated the Dapper to Edgy. Both give the problem. I went back to Dapper Drake because I find it makes me afraid that Edgy has more bugs under the hood.
Many people have Intel Centrino laptops. Does it mean that they all have this issue? I find it a high priority bug.
