I can confirm this bug on a notebook with the same hardware. When I boot with option acpi=off there seem to be no freezes any more. I also tried a fresh Intrepid install (kernel 2.6.27) but the freezes still occur (with acpi turned on). Perhaps this is a duplicate of bug #204996? Regards Nils
