Upstream comment: It's the number BEFORE today, that is yesterday and all the days before. Not today.
The current phrase might be grammatically correct, but it sounds a bit weird, especially for people that don't speak English as their first language (we seem to ignore the word 'before'). I think it should be rephrased as "Have I visited this web site in the past, (not counting today)".
