pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy depends on kdemultimedia-dev (>= 4:3.4.2-1); however: Package kdemultimedia-dev is not installed.
kdemultimedia-dev is KDE 4 nowdays, that is the reason it doesn't pull in the kdelibs4-dev package (KDE 3). You could try building it without kdemultimedia-dev but kdelibs4-dev.
