Binary package hint: nicotine
The version of Nicotine included in Ubuntu uses the old Soulseek server
Soulseek servers have been changed in June 2008
Please change : server.slsknet.org:2240
to : sk6.slsknet.org:2242
these commands can patch the source code :
cd /usr/share/python-support/nicotine/pynicotine
sudo find -name "*" -type f -exec sed -i
"s/server.slsknet.org:2240/sk6.slsknet.org:2242/g" {} \;
sudo find -name "*" -type f -exec sed -i
"s/server.slsknet.org/sk6.slsknet.org/g" {} \;
