Hi Colin
The extra pop-up would help because:
1. the installer is doing something subtly different than I asked it to do
(i.e. silently checking the format checkbox)
2. the final confirmation is two steps after the event and by default I have to
scroll to see the full list of partitions to be formatted
This is definitely a bit of an edge case but the silent checking of the format
box caught me out. I have no doubt that if I'd been prompted with a dialogue
warning me I was potentially about to lose data, I'd have realised what was
going on and been able to fix without resorting to backups

I was using the graphical CD
