How to reproduce:
Create a partition for LVM
Configure LVM
As a mistake, select the physical LVM partition
At this point, the installer throws an error, saying that the partition is in
use and gives you 2 options: Go Back and Continue.
Select Go Back
At this point, the install doesn't continue anymore and just stays on a
blank screen.
