This is actually a system for dealing with bugs in Ubuntu. For Fedora bugs,
visit their bug system at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/. You should also check
that:
a) No-one else has already reported it. If they have, just add any extra
information to that.
b) It's a real bug, and it's replicable. Killing processes can cause unexpected
behaviour, so work out what process it was that you killed--if it was something
key, then you would expect it to crash.
