Hi mogli, I'd encourage you to ask the developers who wrote the driver you're attempting to use to get their driver upstream. It's a lot of extra work for the Ubuntu kernel team to maintain out of tree drivers/patches so as such they typically require evidence of upstream submission first. It'll also benifit other Linux users who will want to use this card.
