On the Ubuntu 8.04.1 Alternate HP t5125 work as a thin client when vt8623fb is blacklisted. See this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/208137 I have done that for Ubuntu 8.10 Alpha 6, but HP t5125 do not want to boot to the login screen.
